Once again I’m making an effort to “journal” (ie keep track in my little notebook) my eating habits as per Weight Watchers methodology. As of lunch time I’ve already met today’s quota.

What killed me:
* Two Hostess ho-ho’s (breakfast)
* Hot chocolate (mid-morning pick-me-up)
* Two servings of lasagne (lunch)

“Good” points:
* Oatmeal with raisins (breakfast)
* Three tangerines (snacks)
* Saying no to a colleague who was going to McD’s

:) Ahh something I can so relate to. Instead of Weight Watchers, I have the 'how many pounds per month' thinge going on for me. *sigh*

I had a couple of cups of green beans sautéed with garlic and olive oil last night (0 points) so I saved myself after all.

They're disgustingly delicious for something that comes out of a factory by the thousands.

It is pretty plentiful here but now I tell myself that if I want something I can have it any time, rather than the famine mentality I used to have.
