Last year: last childless weekend ever (in NYC)
This year: playing with a giant caterpillar
I think everyone's tired of the snow by now and kind of disappointed with the relatively lackluster Olympics. I wish athletes didn't have to scramble for funding, and I wish all the sports had professional leagues (especially women's hockey) so that they could use their talents longer. It is shameful to see elite-level athletes on food stamps.
The long weekend has been pretty mellow. I received a beautiful bouquet of roses for V-Day. We went to see the Under the Canopy performance for little people. Today MB's friend is coming to install more bookshelves for Baby Z's growing collection and I'm hoping to see the American Cool exhibit.
