MoBob, decluttered at last

After several months of nagging encouragement, MoBob finally went through the mountain of paper and books piled on his side of the bed. (He had "filing" on the kitchen whiteboard for so long that the ink has soaked in.) After about an hour, he was done, with a trash bag full of stuff for recycling and one xerox paper box for storage. When I asked what was in the box, he said that it was back issues of The Economist. Hm.

Today it's my turn to work on the basement. There's a hard deadline of noon tomorrow since a friend is taking me (and our stuff) to Goodwill. Thankfully the freakishly pleasant weather is forecast to continue for a little while so at least I don't have to sweat it out like last summer.

I end up taking a lot of postcard-type photos.

The first photo is absolutely beautiful. I would totally buy that postcard. (the other photos are nice too, but #1 is breathtaking!)

Speaking of postcards, a lovely card from Washington DC arrived in my letter box the other day :) Hope mine has found its way to you.

Pictures are beautiful, I'm intrigued by the second one, it looks like an interesting space.

The Kogod Courtyard is one of my favorite places especially as it's quite close to our house, and there's no admission (plus free wi-fi) so we try to hang out there regularly.
