W is for Weight, the eternal struggle. The lowest I've ever been was 120 when I was a malnourished Peace Corps volunteer, and 130 as a healthy college student. Now I'm around 200 lbs. I've lost weight on Weight Watchers and since we've moved to DC, and I don't *think* I look this fat, but the numbers are there in black and white.
W is for Waffle. MoBob's favorite breakfast.
W is for Walking. What people do to get around without cars. Thankfully it's pretty scenic here.
W is for Wardrobe. Another work in progress. When my friend N came she really inspired me to actually follow all the advice in the fashion books I was hiding in my closet, especially What Not to Wear, both American and British versions. So I'm making more of an effort. I have had much success with target.com. This dress garnered many compliments and is so comfy.
Merona Solid Sateen Shirtdress - $27.99!!!
No - it's a super-cute dress! I leave the top few buttons undone and wear a lace-trimmed tank under it.
Now that I think about it, that would be even nicer with the black dress since you could wear any colored or patterned tanks or shirts with it, or leave it buttoned up.
Hmm. Maybe I want the black one now too.
