getting fluffier

As I’ve been pulling out my summer clothes I’ve noticed that a lot of items, especially structured ones with zippers and fasteners, have been become more, er, strained than usual. NOT a pleasant thought. I might just give up on my sheath dresses and remain in loose jersey frocks until October. Alternatively I could actually forgo the pizzas and chocolate bars that have been my mainstay.

And start playing tennis again. I did order a new pair of tennis shoes. I love my Diadoras but they are falling apart, and MoBob’s, although we’re the same size, don’t fit the same way. MB has commited to playing tennis every Wednesday, and I’ve been calling around different tennis coaches, so it’s not for lack of trying to play more.

The orange dress didn’t work out. The proportions were all wrong and since it was a “true” wrap dress I’d have to fasten every couple of inches with safety pins. Oh well.

I’ve recently become enamored of the color “coral.” I ordered this blouse in "coral rose" and in "aqualicious," already on sale and 20% more off at Old Navy.

1. I love coral. I think it would look great on you.
2. Understand about the fluffy. Having the same problem here. Schedule is ridiculous, so exercise is difficult to commit to. Can't wait till I can walk around again. And regulating meals is hard unless you want to eat at home all the time. I'm trying to bulk up on veggies but sometimes the other stuff doesn't get cut down even when I increase veg.
