I missed seeing Glenn Beck at church last week, and he didn't come yesterday (perhaps too many liberal vibes in our congregation) but there were plent of visitors, most of whom I assume were here for the "Restore Honor" rally. Sometimes living in the Nation's Capitol has its disadvantages - I spent most of Saturday sleeping before going to a hotel filled with "Restore Honor" attendees who probably didn't know there was a Ramadan dinner in the same venue.
After church I went to see Jjana perform in Cherry Smoke. Another searing play that left me emotionally wrung out at the end. Loved everyone's performances, but I'm ready for something really light-hearted now.
